CARE FOR MEN

CARE FOR MEN

That care is only for women was a thing of the past. Men have long attached importance to a well-groomed appearance. In the 1960s, just 10 percent of men had used an eau de toilette; today there are almost as many men as women. Most men, however, still do not like standing in the bathroom for hours: It has to be quick and, of course, extensive care. But proper care can also be quick. We’ll give you valuable tips on what to look out for.

THE RIGHT FACIAL CARE FOR MEN

Goodbye soap! It has long been known that soap is not the right care product for the face. Even if it is easy to put a bar of soap by the sink and use it as an all-purpose cleaning weapon: Better not use it! Soap dries out your skin unnecessarily. It is better to use a coordinated cleansing in the form of a cleansing milk or a cleansing foam for your skin – especially on the face.

Appropriate care, e.g. B. in the form of a cream after cleansing, helps build and stabilize the skin barrier and also makes it smooth and supple. Whether you need more moisture or oil depends on your skin type .

Shave regularly, use an after shave – this prevents skin irritation and soothes the skin of the face. Small cuts are disinfected and inflammation is prevented. Bleeding is also stopped faster. Your skin will look radiant at all times.

DO YOU WANT STRONG AND VOLUMINOUS HAIR?

Many men naturally have “problems” with their hair. Premature hair loss and receding hairlines are top priorities. Take a look at the older generations of your family and you can already guess what is in store for you. Hair growth is often genetically determined – but sometimes also hormonally. You shouldn’t give yourself up to fate by a long way. Every hair needs special care – give it what it demands and prevent it. Caffeine in shampoo or other products can, with regular use, e.g. B. improve hair growth and lengthen the growth phases of hair in the case of hormone-related hair loss.

THE INNER VALUES ALSO COUNT

Did you know that only 50 percent of all men see a doctor regularly and 30 percent don’t at all? Your health should come first. Many diseases can be discovered through early detection and the chances of recovery increased. Vaccinations, check-ups at the dermatologist and dentist, health checks and colon cancer screening are just a few examples.

To support your body and do something good for it, use e.g. B. in between to herbal drinking cures that promote your vitality or are healthy for the prostate and bladder . Diet supplements can also support you from within. To maintain normal hair z. B. Biotin . If you want to do something good for your skin, use zinc , vitamins A, B2 and C , copper and niacin . These contribute to the normal maintenance of the skin.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO?

Apart from all the beauty products that you care for internally and externally, you should always pay attention to the following things:

  • Eat healthy! Above all, the skin is supplied with valuable nutrients.
  • Drink enough! Because as soon as you become dehydrated, the first thing that is dehydrated is the skin.
  • The consumption of alcohol and cigarettes should be kept to a minimum.
  • Treat yourself to a lot of fresh air! Ventilate your premises regularly and prefer to walk or ride a bike instead of using a car. Exercise helps the metabolism and immune system, and leads to better blood flow throughout the body. We can therefore highly recommend sport to you.
  • Minimize stress and get enough sleep! Sleep is important for the regeneration of the entire body. The immune system works at full speed and new cells are formed.

CREATE YOUR OWN BASE

Even if men’s skin is much more robust and resistant to environmental influences – don’t let it depend on it. Don’t steal your wife or girlfriend’s products. Get basic products with which you can go through the day well cared for. Because of the testosterone in the male body, men have 20 percent thicker skin than women and therefore require fundamentally different care.
